Got the Queen room with two queen beds and it was super clean, with housekeeping coming in every morning like clockwork. The pool area was nice for lounging, and I loved the jacuzzi too! Just wished the pool area was a bit cleaner, but all in all, a fantastic stay! 😊

We had a queen room with a nice view. The shuttle was super handy for getting to the parks, and the staff were so sweet with my medical needs. The food was tasty too, especially at the poolside snack bar. Just wish the hot tub was a bit warmer!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed a few things sorted before check-in. The Starbucks was a huge win for brekkie before heading out to the parks. The only bummer was the elevator, sometimes took forever, but it didn’t ruin our fun!

staying at universal's aventura was fantastic! the vibe is great, and the hotel is spacious and clean. the queen room was perfect, with a beautiful skyline view. the beds were incredibly comfortable. we loved the easy access to the pool area and the great dining options, including a starbucks in the lobby.
